林恩·吉布森 began serving as 主要 of the 电竞竞猜平台’s three campuses in 2009.  With over fifteen years of educational experience, she has served as 亚博电竞体育 Baccalaureate coordinator, 助理校长兼内务部顾问, and also taught middle school and high school English in the 布隆菲尔德山 School District.    

Her interest in creating a support network for educators involved with all levels of the IB program led to her involvement with and creation of the regional IB association of Michigan (IBSOM), 目前用作总统.  As a site visitor and consultant for the IBO, Ms. Gibson travels nationally to high schools to help facilitate the IB authorization process.  

Ms. Gibson has also served as a guest instructor in the IB Certificate in Teaching and Learning at Oakland University, 讲授亚博电竞体育主义课程.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University, a Master of Arts in school counseling and an Education Specialist in educational leadership, 都来自奥克兰大学.  

Ms. Gibson is dedicated to the highest standards of academic achievement for all students and makes it her daily work to ensure students have the support they need to achieve those standards.

乔安妮Juco was hired as the IB coordinator in 2019 after three years of teaching English at the IA’s Okma campus. 在进入内务部之前, Joanne taught in North Carolina where she coached staff on Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol instructional strategies.  She also served as a guest instructor for curriculum leadership at the Carolina New Schools Project Summer Institute.  

在北卡罗来纳大学的最后四年, she also served as the Gifted Program Coordinator, 已经获得了她的天才和天才执照. She graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's of Art in Teaching. She is also a National Board Certified teacher and is currently pursuing her administrative certificate.

Joanne works across all three campuses as a part of the administrative team. She educates students on the diploma requirements and works collaboratively with staff members to implement the IB program of study here at the IA.
